The Cedar Grove Homeowners Association is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community for all residents in Concrete, WA. We work to maintain common areas, enforce community guidelines, and organize events that bring our neighbors together.

Annual dues in the amount of $85 are due. Please pay as soon as possible to avoid late fees. Your timely payments help maintain our community!
